Who Are We?
CBA is a center for Career Development and Life-long learning. We empower career builders of all levels (from the unemployed, students, professionals to entrepreneurs) with the Development, Demonstration, and Documentation of Knowledge and Skills gained informally and formally in the pursuit of Career Progression and Organisational improvement.
Our core aim is to promote continuous learning through accredited and non-accredited training programmes. We identify gaps in the current education and training system and develop supplementary programmes to fill those gaps.
We specialize in the production, distribution, and promotion of learning resources i.e books, e-learning programmes, instructor manuals, workbooks, and other self-help/home-study learning resources that help to equip career builders and life-long learners to achieve their goals.
Our name, Career Builders Academy was motivated by the strong belief that great countries and organizations are built on the strength of its people (Career Builders), who are all in a quest to build fulfilling careers and life’s, hence the need for an organization that aims to support them in their quest. We believe that communities, corporates, and their people should collectively act for the greater good of their communities and the world at large. CBA believes that with this cohesive working together we can achieve anything and everything.
